1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jljph ("jljph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the jljph website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, participating in any game or promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the jljph Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jljph.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jljph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling. jljph strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jljph or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jljph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or placing wagers on jljph.

jljph reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jljph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering on jljph, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify jljph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

jljph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out in this section. You acknowledge that jljph may, at its sole discretion, suspend or close any account that it reasonably suspects has been compromised or is being used in violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jljph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount on jljph is ₱50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though jljph reserves the right to impose limits at its discretion.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and 7-Eleven eCash. Available methods may change without prior notice.
• Deposits are credited to your jljph wallet upon confirmation of receipt. jljph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jljph may require you to submit government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into your jljph account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• jljph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to verification requirements.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

jljph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are credited to your jljph account in accordance with the specific terms of each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• jljph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate any bonus or promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• jljph reserves the right to reclaim any bonus funds credited in error or as a result of a technical malfunction.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jljph Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. The RNG ensures that all game results are entirely random, independent, and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player, jljph employee, or third party.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the jljph system. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jljph's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software failures — jljph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account.
• jljph reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, as a result of a software malfunction, or in breach of these Terms.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing a wager. Game rules are accessible within each game on the jljph Platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jljph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on jljph, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jljph Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in the jljph Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Using the jljph Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the jljph Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jljph staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the jljph Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jljph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jljph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jljph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jljph Platform without prior written consent.
• Use any jljph trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement.
• Create derivative works based on any content from the jljph Platform.

Any unauthorised use of jljph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jljph.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

jljph is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all players. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering on jljph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of personalised gaming services.

jljph will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jljph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jljph Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue resulting from any technical malfunction, server downtime, or interruption of service.
• Any loss or damage arising from reliance on information provided on the jljph Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data by a third party.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

The jljph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jljph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jljph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

jljph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the jljph Platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder or a relevant regulatory authority.
• Inactivity of the account for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining in your jljph wallet (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary closure of your jljph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jljph Platform, you agree to first contact jljph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jljph will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jljph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jljph will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jljph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. jljph recommends bookmarking this page and checking it regularly.
